Change of mind and would like to exchange the product you just brought? Or not satisfied with your purchase? Please feel free to drop us an email at enquiry@intelek.edu.my for arrangement of return for any unused items purchased within 30 days. Please contact us before returning any package.

Please be remind that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. All refunds will be in Store Credit. The Store Credit are eligible to be use in purchasing any products in www.intelek.edu.my .


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non­refundable. 

Missing Parcel

Don’t worry if the courier service lost your parcel. We will try our best to help you. Your parcel is considered lost when there is no tracking update after (from the last update) as below:

Malaysia: 14 Days
Other Countries: 30 day
